The Newfoundland and Labrador Association of REALTORS® (NLAR) values your privacy. As such, it is the policy of NLAR that personal information that you provide, such as your name, gender, postal and e-mail address or telephone number is private and confidential. NLAR collects the e-mails provided through the “Contact ” feature of this website, so NLAR can respond to your questions or suggestions and  for security purposes. 


Similar to other commercial websites, our website collects information about how our website is used. Each time a visitor comes to the website our web server collects the visitor’s domain name or IP address. NLAR cannot determine an individual’s identify from only an IP address; however, periodically users may inform NLAR support staff of their IP addresses during the provision of support services. At such time, NLAR treats such information as personal information.
